Learning Target/Objective	I will be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers in scientific notation.

Homework	P. 452-453 #7-10, 16-19 Get movie permission slip signed by Tuesday 5/8
Announcements	Chapter 10 test Tuesday, May 8. Start studying by working on the chapter review on p. 455-457. MAP test Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10.

About Mrs. Harp

Mrs. Harp is in her third year of teaching eighth grade math at Rocky Top. Before that, she taught seventh grade math in Wisconsin for three years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in middle childhood through early adolescence and math. She is currently working to earn her master's degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Colorado at Denver. Mrs. Harp enjoys baking, reading, crafting, being outside, and spending time with her husband and cat.
